Steppin' Up

Today I made a decision to sell part of one of my companies and while it was an emotional decision to make, it was the right one.  I think sometimes I over think business strategies and concepts but I'm proud of myself for having the courage to step up and make a decision that is good for me and my buyer.  My turning point today was the realization that money isn't everything; sometimes giving up a little money has its own rewards.
